据法新社、《巴黎人报》消息，法国法院已批准引渡一名二十余岁的美国籍男子John Daghita回美国。美方指控，此人在今年2月底离境前，利用职务关联便利，从美国政府托管的加密货币钱包中，挪用价值约4600万美元的加密资产。
据悉，该嫌疑人是负责管理涉案资产的私营安全公司高管之子。执法部门搜查时，现场查获现金、专业设备、手机及一把手枪，目前失窃的加密货币已全部追回。嫌疑人本人也主动申请引渡，不过整套流程繁琐，预计还需10个月才能办结。
According to Agence France-Presse and *Le Parisien*, a French court has approved the extradition of John Daghita, an American man in his twenties, to the United States. US authorities allege that, prior to leaving the country at the end of February this year, he exploited his professional position to embezzle approximately $46 million worth of cryptocurrency from a wallet held in trust by the US government. It is reported that the suspect is the son of an executive at a private security firm responsible for managing the assets in question. During a search by law enforcement, cash, specialist equipment, mobile phones and a handgun were seized at the scene, and the stolen cryptocurrency has now been recovered in full. The suspect himself has voluntarily applied for extradition; however, as the process is complex, it is expected to take a further 10 months to complete.
