据EDaily消息，韩国投资证券联合OKX将收购韩国加密交易所Coinone合计40%股份，双方各持股20%。本次交易规模约5000亿-6000亿韩元，以增发新股为主、辅以旧股转让，签约仪式定于5月29日举行。Coinone创始人及现有大股东仍保留公司经营权。
According to EDaily, Korea Investment & Securities, in partnership with OKX, is set to acquire a total of 40% of the shares in the South Korean cryptocurrency exchange Coinone, with each party holding a 20% stake. The transaction is valued at approximately 500–600 billion won and will primarily involve the issuance of new shares, supplemented by the transfer of existing shares. The signing ceremony is scheduled to take place on 29 May. Coinone’s founder and current major shareholder will retain operational control of the company.
