据韩联社: 5月28日，三星证券宣布将斥资约3063.73亿韩元，收购韩国最大虚拟资产交易所Upbit运营方Dunamu 2%股份，对应每股作价43.925万韩元，Dunamu整体估值达15.3万亿韩元。
近期韩国监管释放放宽金融与虚拟资产隔离规则的信号，叠加行业规范化推进，韩国多家传统金融机构加速布局虚拟资产领域：韩华投资证券已增持Dunamu股份至9.84%，韩亚银行亦已向Dunamu大额注资；
未来资产集团、韩国金融控股也分别计划收购Korbit、Coinone相关股份，传统金融与虚拟资产行业融合步伐持续加快。
According to Yonhap News Agency: On 28 May, Samsung Securities announced that it would invest approximately 306.373 billion won to acquire a 2% stake in Dunamu, the operator of South Korea’s largest virtual asset exchange Upbit, at a price of 439,250 won per share. This move values Dunamu at 15.3 trillion won. Recently, South Korean regulators have signalled a relaxation of the rules separating the financial and virtual asset sectors. Coupled with the progress of industry standardisation, several traditional financial institutions in South Korea are accelerating their entry into the virtual asset sector: Hanwha Investment & Securities has increased its stake in Dunamu to 9.84%, whilst Hana Bank has also made a substantial capital injection into Dunamu. As the pace of convergence between traditional finance and the virtual asset sector continues to accelerate, Mirae Asset Group and Korea Financial Holdings are also planning to acquire shares in Korbit and Coinone respectively.
연합뉴스 보도에 따르면, 5월 28일 삼성증권은 약 3,063억 7,300만 원을 투자해 주당 439,250원에 한국 최대 가상자산 거래소 ‘업비트’의 운영사인 두나무 지분 2%를 인수한다고 발표했다. 이로써 두나무의 기업 가치는 15조 3,000억 원에 달하게 되었다. 최근 한국 규제 당국은 금융과 가상자산 업계의 분리 규정을 완화하겠다는 신호를 보내고 있다. 이에 더해 업계 표준화 과정이 진행됨에 따라 한국의 여러 전통 금융 기관들이 가상자산 분야 진출을 가속화하고 있다. 한화투자증권은 이미 두나무 지분율을 9.84%로 늘렸으며, 한아은행도 두나무에 대규모 자금을 투입했다. 전통 금융과 가상자산 분야의 융합 속도가 계속 빨라짐에 따라, 미래자산그룹과 한국금융지주도 각각 코빗과 코인원의 지분을 인수할 계획이다.
